By accessing or using StudioAICore's services, website, and API (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.
StudioAICore provides artificial intelligence services including, but not limited to, AI-powered chat, text generation, and API access. Our Services are currently in development, and features may change, be added, or removed at our discretion.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use our Services to:
API access is subject to rate limits and usage quotas as defined by your subscription plan. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access for accounts that consistently exceed their limits or violate these terms.
StudioAICore retains all rights to its platform, models, and technology. You retain ownership of the content you input. Output generated by our AI is provided for your use under a non-exclusive license, subject to applicable laws.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees. If payment fails, we may suspend your access until payment is received. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudioAICore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StudioAICore and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our platform. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which StudioAICore operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
